Life skills development is all about developing and improvement specific skills to ensure participants live independent and fulfilling lives. At Simplified Care Services, we work with our participants to ensure the support we provide results in the overall improvement of life skills for them to live as autonomously as possible and achieve their full potential.

life skills development includes the following:

- Assistance in the development and improvement of personal care skills including grooming, hygiene and dressing. Participants are also assisted in learning to use assistive devices like shavers, hair dryers etc.

- Assistance with enhancement of personal skills through participation in relevant social and community engagements, social cues and behaviours.

- Assistance with improving daily living tasks like cooking, dishwashing, laundry, ironing and general household chores.
