Inclusive community access and participation

At Simplified Care Services, we believe each individual deserves to connect with their community. We will provide companionship and support for participants to access activities within their community and ensure they are safe, accessible and suited for the individual. We will assist, facilitate, support and enhance the access and participation of participants to enhance their confidence and sense of well-being.

community access & participation includes the following:

- Assisting participants to join and participate in social groups or other community activities

- Accompanying participants to access safe entertainment facilities including music, visual arts, sporting activities etc

- Assistance with attending personal development activities like yoga, sports, cooking and knitting clubs
